The first of these worlds is the Earth we know and love, where human technology has advanced beyond our wildest imaginations. Sadly, our technological successes were still no match against natural space disasters, namely meteor apocalypse.

When a stray, planet-sized space rock decided to pass through the asteroid belt, it bumped a few thousand meteors out of orbit.
